Woman Who Miguel Drop Kicked at Billboard Awards May Have Brain Damage & Sue
The female fan who Miguel drop kicked in the head at the Billboard Awards may have suffered brain damage and may sue the singer as a result.
A lawyer for Khyati Shah told TMZ, “Some of the difficulties she’s experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury.” Shah’s lawyer also said his client should have been rushed to the hospital afterwards. Instead, the Billboard Awards people gave her an ice pack designed for a bruised elbow.
Shah is currently waiting for test results from a neurologist so we’ll soon see how this story ends up.
