Lauryn Hill has just reported to federal prison in Connecticut, where she will begin her 3 month sentence for tax evasion, TMZ has learned.
After pleading guilty to three counts of tax evasion she was sentenced to three months in jail. The artist insists that she forgot to file $1.8 million in returns between the years 2005 to 2007. Hill surrendered herself to the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut.
Following her release, she will also serve an additional three months of home confinement.
