Tasha Marbury & Suzie Fight On 'Basketball Wives' [RECAP]

We aren’t the only ones still laughing at Tasha’s weave bar launch and birthday party disaster, apparently Evelyn and Tami still find it funny as well. On last night’s episode of “Basketball Wives” we caught up with the ladies in the middle of a regular gossiping session at the event. From the misspelling of the awning on the front of the salon, to Tasha arriving two hours late to her own party, to Tami’s alleged asbestos poisoning, it was quite unfortunate. Now, Tasha was feeling the heat from the other girls but unlike other newbies from previous seasons, Tasha wasn’t scared of Tami or anybody and she didn’t mind letting them know either!

Business Meeting

Tasha wasn’t pleased with the girls after they left her birthday party early so she decided to call a “business meeting” with all of the ladies so she could vent.  When the girls met up, Tasha wasted no time and dove right into the conversation. She accepted Tami’s reasoning for not attending her birthday party but was looking for an explanation from everybody else. Shaunie jumped right in to answer Tasha’s concerns, “well we were at the birthday party on time. We didn’t get the memo to show up late”. Touche, Shaunie, touche.

Tasha took this as the opportunity to remind the ladies that it was her party and she could show up at whatever time she chose to. Oh, girl. After going back and forth for a while, Tasha moved on to complain about her gifts. It turns out that she wasn’t too pleased with her birthday gift of plastic pleasure and made it clear that she enjoys a “warm body”. Tasha then requested a gift from Tami. Tension in the room was so thick, you could cut it with a knife.

“You don’t think requesting gifts is tacky?” Tami asked Tasha. Umm, yes!

Tasha Vs. Suzie

Somehow Suzie and Tasha, who I thought were the best of friends, were at each other’s throats. Tasha called Suzie a follower and Suzie threw jabs at Tasha’s horrible weave bar opening. Later in the episode, the girls decided to meet face to face to discuss what happened and why they suddenly couldn’t stand each other anymore. Unfortunately, the only thing that Suzie could think of to say to Tasha was “f–k you” which didn’t sit too well with Mrs. Marbury and suddenly the girls were at it again. Tami and Ev must have given Suzie a lesson in standing up for herself because this new Suzie came out of no where, throwing the utmost shade towards Tasha. Things escalated until Tasha escorted Suzie out of her hotel suite and Suzie ran after Tasha and smacked her in the back of her head. Yikes!

Dammit VH1, they left us hanging… Next week’s episode should really be a doozy when they show the full fight!
