Andrea Kelly Broke?

Earlier this week, Andrea Kelly claimed her ex-husband, R. Kelly owed her over $100,000 in back child support, but Kells’ lawyers swarmed in on the action and confirmed that his child support is paid in full.

Andrea, who allegedly enlisted the help of Project Child Support to assist with collecting $114K in back child support from R. Kelly, has also mysteriously retracted her statement against the Pied Piper of R&B.

However, Project Child Support isn’t taking too kindly to the bad rep that the Kellys are bringing them, so they have the proof that Andrea indeed hired them, despite her claiming otherwise.:

“My media firm, which has been in business since 1996, operates in truth and would never knowingly lie or put out a press release stating lies, nor would we advise our clients to do so. Our client provided us with proof and we stand by Project Child Project Child Support and LaChic Media wanted to provide proof that Project Child Support initiative and Bounty Alert Foundation were in fact contracted to assist in the recovery of $114,900 in unpaid child support.

It is my belief that our services were contracted to leverage negotiations between Mr. and Ms. Kelly, to force Mr. Kelly to pay his arrears. The type of services we provide as well as the success of our program is well documented and available online. I don’t believe that coincidently Mr. Kelly paid months of unpaid child support arrears only after Project Child Support was contracted to provide services to collect the arrears.”

-LaChic Media president Sibrena Stowe de Fernandez said,

This document LaChic Media provided is a staggering 130 pages! Within those pages are claims that Andrea couldn’t afford the $400 processing fee to pay her lawyer. Andrea’s lawyer, Alison Motta has been quoted saying that Andrea couldn’t afford the fee because she “mismanaged her earnings from the show.”

Woops.

Target Refuses To Sell “Beyonce” Album

Someone’s got their panties in a bunch because they didn’t know Bey was dropping an album…

Target is refusing to sell Beyonce’s new disc because they didn’t have it first. The distributor exclusively released Beyonce’s album “4,” but found themselves out the loop this time around.

“At Target we focus on offering our guests a wide assortment of physical CDs, and when a new album is available digitally before it is available physically, it impacts demand and sales projections,” Target spokesperson Erica Julkowski told Billboard. “While there are many aspects that contribute to our approach and we have appreciated partnering with Beyonce in the past, we are primarily focused on offering CDs that will be available in a physical format at the same time as all other formats,” she continued. “At this time, Target will not be carrying Beyonce’s new self-titled album Beyonce.”

The good news in all of this is that Bey’s CD will be released on hard copy December 20th. According to reports, Wal-Mart will be selling the CD/DVD, but not the explicit version. Booooo!

Danity Kane’s Killer Performance

Our favorite girl group, Danity Kane, created by the all knowing and all powerful, Diddy, has finally taken to the stage to prove that they never lost what we loved about them most–amazing vocal, intoxicating energy and good music.

The four beautiful ladies took the to stage at the House of Blues in Los Angeles and debuted a new song called, “All In A Day’s Work.” And in Aubrey O’Day’s words, “It’s about bitches that make this look easy.” They look absolutely amazing! We’re so excited about their third studio album that they’re currently working on. Rumor has it, James Fauntleroy, Dem Jointz, Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, Timbaland, and Da Internz will all be featured on the disc!
