This year, newly-engaged lovebirds Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union celebrated their first Christmas together as soon-to-be husband and wife. In the spirit of spreading holiday cheer and creating new memories as a family, the Wade-Union bunch released their first-ever holiday card. And luckily for us, the family portrait came with fun behind-the-scenes bonus footage, too!

In the clip, we see Dwyane, his two sons Zaire and Zion, his nephew Dahveon and Gabrielle — who looks like she’s going to be a fun step mom! — dress up in several different looks and pose in a gorgeous location. From the looks of things, it was shot before Dwyane’s surprise proposal and Gabby had no idea of her soon engagement. In the beginning of the video, she says, “Why won’t we just say, ‘The Wade Family Christmas shoot?’ But we’re not married!”

Mary J. Blige Maintains Her Sobriety This Holiday

Mary J. Blige says Christmas is one of her favorite holidays, but instead of celebrating with a glass of wine, she focuses her energy on family and friends.

During a recent interview, the 42-year-old songstress said she’s kept her over sobriety for over a year by skipping out on the urge to have a drink during the festive season.

”I stopped drinking about a year and four months ago and I’ve been to parties… it’s just a decision and something I’m not doing right now,’ she said. “I’m not saying I would never do it again but I am right now.”

She went on to say that her Christmas doesnt unloved mush cooking, either.

”It’s not a ginormous Christmas,” she explained. “It’s mostly family and a few friends if they want to stop by. I have a chef and my mom helps. Everyone does the cooking. I’m up being a host and chatting with the family.”

”I like Christmas presents,” she added. “I spend a lot on them. Or I just give people money to get their own stuff.”

Beyonce Laughs At Herself By Posting A Spoof Of “Mine” Video

Queen Bey showed her fun sense of humor by posting a spoof of her “Mine” video on Instagram.

In the clip, we see two women, one wearing a long veil like Beyonce in the original video and another rocking a face full of baby power.

Along with a laughing emoji, Bey wrote, “Too funny!”

Drummer Ricky Lawson And Director Jeffrey Pollack Pass Away

Our condolences go out to the families of drummer/musician Ricky Lawson and Booty Call director Jeffrey Pollack, who both passed away this past holiday week.

Lawson, known for his work with Michael Jackson, Eric Clapton, Phil Collins and Whitney Houston, died at a Los Angeles hospital following a brain aneurysm on Monday. He was 59.

According to reports, Pollack was found lifeless on the Greenbelt in Hermosa Beach, Calif. by a jogger on the morning of Dec. 23. Police said he was already deceased, dressed in jogging clothes and carrying an iPod. He was 54.

He was best known for his work on Above the Rim, Lost & Found and as a producer on “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.”
