Yaya Dacosta Joins The #NormalizeNursing Movement

“American’s Next Top Model” and star of the critically-acclaimed film “Lee Daniels’ The Butler,” Yaya DaCosta (Alafia) has joined in on the #normalizenursing movement that aims to make natural acts like breastfeeding more widely accepted.

Yaya posted pictures of her breastfeeding her baby on her Instagram and, as you can imagine, stirred up the masses in the process.

“i know i’m mad late, but i haven’t been on the computer much lately. just heard about the uproar over @ash3nicole pic & had to post a copycat photo in solidarity. hope you don’t mind, beautiful sistren. i’m so proud of you and stand by you! #breastisbest #whattheyaremadefor #getoverit #mamasunite #movement,” she wrote proudly showing off her “mommy duties” as she called them.

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen and football wife Ashley Nicole sparked similar controversy when they posted images breastfeeding as well. The ladies have received backlash from critics who find breastfeeding offensive. The primary function of the breast is to feed an infant. Breastfeeding is natural and necessary.

Fans (like us) have yet to let go of the greatness that was 90s group Xscape, which explains why Kandi, Tiny or anyone from the group are asked if there will ever be a reunion whenever they make an appearance. That’s exactly what happened when Tiny and Kandi visited “Watch What Happens Live” last night.

The girls stopped by Andy Cohen’s bar after an entertaining episode of “Real Housewives Of Atlanta”and dished on if an Xscape reunion will ever happen and NeNe calling Peter a “b*tch.”

While Kandi is against reuniting with the rest of the girls, Tiny seemed very open about the whole idea. An Xscape reunion may not be so out of the question after all…

Kevin Hart Reveals Life Lessons His Mother Taught Him

Kevin Hart had one of the most supportive mothers. During his candid sit down with Oprah Winfrey on “Oprah Prime,” Hart opened up about how his mother offered to pay his rent for a year during a tough time in his comedy career.

One particular month, Kevin realized his rent wasn’t paid and called his mother who asked him, “Have you been reading your Bible?”

 

He told her “Yes.” After more time went by and his rent went unpaid, he questioned his mother again who asked him again, “Have you read your Bible?” Hart received an eviction notice to which his mother responded, “Talk to me when you read your Bible.”

Swizz Beatz, Mashonda and Alicia Keys Are One Big Happy Family

Swizz Beatz, Mashonda and Alicia Keys have squashed all their rumored differences and come together as one big blended family! The trio were spotted enjoying some beach time at Nikki Beach Resort in St. Barts. At one point, Swizz and Alicia shared a moment while Mashonda stared off into the distance.

Mashonda and Alicia Keys didn’t always see eye to eye. It was rumored that Alicia was messing around with Beatz when he and Mashonda were separated. We saw Mashonda’s story play out on “Love & Hip Hop” when she moved out of her home that she once shared with Beatz. We guess they’ve all moved on.
