K Michelle Comes For Tamar’s Edges?

Tamar Braxton is known for her flamboyant personality, soaring vocals and diva hair-do’s, but underneath those wigs and weaves the “Love & War” singer was struggling with a balding hairline. During the premiere episode of  “Braxton Family Values” last week, the Internet erupted with memes that poked fun at Tamar’s edges, but it was her former enemy, K. Michelle, who really put the nail in the coffin.

“Looking out to heavens thanking God for everything. This fame stuff is cool sometimes, but the TRUE blessing is that I have all of my edges,” K. Michelle wrote on Instagram, “Oh, and I don’t have to steal my cable anymore. Laugh it’s good for u,” she added. Since she didn’t mention names, we can’t confirm that she was talking about Tamar, but given their history and the timeliness of “BVF,” we think it’s safe to say K. Michelle had a little fun at Tamar’s expense.

Tamar responded to the Internet on Instagram, saying:

When u HAVE your baby …(my son) your hair falls out!! Thanks to @simplicityhairoil for my hairline coming back! But if it didn’t work I would BUY me some. Glad you all get to see the changes while #bfv & #T&V on T.V.

Mike Epps Confirmed For Richard Pryor Biopic

Does this mean Nick Cannon didn’t get the role?

The last time we checked, we were almost positive Nick Cannon had been confirmed to play the role of Richard Pryor in the forthcoming biopic about the star comedian. However, Mike Epps has been confirmed to play the pioneer and he has Oprah and Lee Daniels to prove it.

Epps and Daniels posted this picture on Instagram:

Daniels captioned the photo, “And we’re off… Get ready y’all for #richardpryor @eppsie @oprah.”

When we spoke to Cannon on the red carpet of the 2014 BET Awards, he told us he was rocking an afro because he is in “transition” for what he calls “a dream role that I’ve been wanting to do for a long time so we’re getting the opportunity to go forth.” “I’m trying not to talk to much about it,” he added. “It’s the film after next that I am getting ready to do.”

In case you don’t remember, Pryor’s children rejected Cannon as a choice to play the role of their father, opting for Marlon Wayans or Mike Epps.

Maybe Cannon was gearing up for another Richard Pryor biopic…the Lifetime version?

Karrueche Shades Blue Ivy & The Beyhive Attacks

If there’s one thing we’ve learned early in life, it’s not to mess with Beyonce! Behind the queen is a legion of worker bees called the beyhive who are ready to pounce when necessary! Karrueche, Chris Brown’s on-again, off-again girlfriend, learned this first hand after she accidentally shaded Blue Ivy after the 2014 VMAs.

In case you missed it (we don’t know how), Blue Ivy stole the show at the 2014 VMAs when she joined her mother on stage with her father Jay Z to present Bey with the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Blue looked adorable, flashing her natural hair that was adorned with a bow.

Karrueche hosted BET’s “106 & Park” yesterday, where she read a teleprompter that said, “I really did wake up like this because my parents never comb my hair.” Then added, “Sorry Blue, I love you”

Well, the #BeyHive wasn’t having it and attacked the soft-spoken model on social media. Karrueche attempted to clear her name by tweeting:

As for those rumors that Karreche would be replacing Keisha Chante on the popular countdown show, we think Karrueche may have flubbed her chances.

Drake Gives His Acceptance Speech For His VMA & Shades Common

While we were still wiping away following Beyonce’s stellar performance at the 2014 VMAs, Drake (who received the award for ‘Hip-Hop Video Of The Year’ earlier in the evening) was delivering his acceptance speech in front of a sold out Boston audience at the “Drake Vs. Lil Wayne” tour.

“First of all I want to thank God. I’d also like to thank my mother cause I love her very much,” he said after “thanking” Common, who gracefully accepted the award on Drizzy’s behalf. In case you’re wondering where the shade came in, Common and Drake had a rap beef over Serena Williams a few years back that resulted in Common calling Drake “Canada Dry.” The shade was subtle, but so freakin’ good.

In related news, Drizzy also took shots at Chris Brown. We know, we know. We thought they were friends again after working together on that skit for the ESPYs. We guess he just hates the song “Loyal.” After Weezy performed the summer anthem, Drake said “It sounds like a f*cking car commercial” then added “f*ck outta here with that sh*t.”

Oop! Could it be because Drake and Chris’ ex, Rihanna allegedly rekindled their relationship?

Torrei Hart Confronts Tameka Raymond On “Hollywood Exes”

On the premiere episode of “Atlanta Exes,” we were introduced to five gorgeous women– Tameka Raymond (Usher’s ex-wife), Christina Johnson (Cee-Lo Green’s ex-wife), Monyetta Shaw (NeYo’s ex-fiance), Sheree Buchanan (Ray Buchanan’s ex-wife) and Tameka Raymond (Kevin Hart’s ex-wife)–who we’ve only known through gossip headlines and one-sided stories. We got a pretty goof feel for the ladies. It was immediately clear, Tameka Raymond would be the outcast on the show. Last week, Torrei Hart and Traci Steele (“Love & Hip Hop Atlanta”) almost got into a physical altercation with Tameka Raymond because of her snide attitude and condescending demeanor. To make matters worse Tameka sneakily asked Sheree’s best friend Monica, if Sheree had slept with Usher. The gesture only added fuel to the fire. The group was certainly tired of Tam

After the unhealthy encounter, Torrei decided to confront Tameka about her attitude. Total bad idea. The ladies sat down for dinner and hell broke loose when Torrei claimed she saw a rat at Tameka’s flea market event. Chile, that opened the floodgates. Torrei brought up Tameka’s criminal history and claimed Tameka had plastic surgery while Tameka insulted Torrei’s acne and called her dreads “Ramen Noodles.”

Then things really got bad when Torrei brought up Tameka’s children. In case you forgot, one of Tameka’s sons died in a terrible jet-ski accident. While we love Torrei Hart, she was completely out of line!
