CeeLo Green Axed From TBS
When CeeLo Green tweeted his “defintion” of rape, #BlackTwitter, feminists and anyone with common sense dragged him through the mud over the insensitive comment.
In case you missed it, he tweeted then deleted:
“People who have really been raped REMEMBER!!! If someone is passed out they’re not even WITH you consciously! So WITH implies consent. . . . When someone brakes on [sic] a home there is broken glass where is your plausible proof that anyone was raped . . . Don’t be dismissive now engage me for the truth! You can’t just say regardless in a court of law. So if I TRIED but did NOT succeed but the person said I DID then what really happened.”
CeeLo, who was accused of rape back in 2012, then issued this apology:
I truly and deeply apologize for the comments attributed to me on Twitter. Those comments were idiotic, untrue and not what I believe.
He may have issued, what he calls, an “apology” to clear things up, but CeeLo’s week isn’t over. It’s reported that TBS canceled his reality show, “The Good Life” after one season. The show was supposed to bring back his old group Goodie Mob, but after low ratings, the show got axed. The network says that they didn’t cancel it because of his comments, but we think it’s a coincidence that it still got the boot the same week he gave this apology.

Lamar Sally Rejects Sherri Shepherd’s Divorce Settlement
Sherri Shepherd is still going through drama with her ex-husband Lamar Sally. After the two filed separate divorce papers, Lamar has reportedly rejected the settlement that offered him a $100,000 one-time lump sum payment and $3,000 in monthly child support for his son that was delivered by a surrogate a few weeks ago. Instead of the payment, Lamar reportedly wants $10,000 in child support, even though the original $100,000 payout was more than what the original prenup gave him. The prenup also didn’t require Sherri to pay any child support to Lamar at all.
This proposed settlement comes as a surprise because it was originally reported that the former host of “The View” refused to pay child support for her then unborn son. If you remember, the two went through a chaotic split with details being aired out to the public. Lamar accused Sherri of being a bad mom and even filed for custody of their son. Even though this drama has not ended, we’re looking forward to seeing Sherri succeed. We can’t wait to see her in Broadway’s “Cinderella” alongside KeKe Palmer.

Alfonso Ribeiro Joins “Dancing With The Stars”
It looks like we’ll be seeing Alfonso Ribeiro, who played Carlton on “Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air,” dancing in our living rooms again! Us Weekly reports that the star is cast in season 19 of “Dancing With The Stars.” He will also be joining Olympian Lolo Jones, “Mean Girls” actor Jonathan Bennett and many other stars.

Future & Ciara Back Together Again
We can’t say we saw this coming. After posting pictures of herself vacationing with her baby sans engagement ring, Ciara may be trying to patch things up with Future. TMZ reports that Ciara and Future have gotten back together and are actually living together because Ci Ci wants him to take care of Future Zahir, their adorable 4-month-old bundle of joy.
It’s reported that Ciara isn’t down for sharing parental support and believes Future is a good father. Even though he was allegedly cheating on Ciara while she was praising his love for her in the cover story for Brides Magazine, it is possible to be a good father even if you’re not the best partner. Hmmm..
