Disney Imagineer Dex Tanksley spoke to Carol Blackmon at the Disney Dreamers Academy 2015. Tanksley is based in California where he designs theme park rides, cruises, hotels and more. Carol caught up with Dex in Orlando where Dex came to speak to the Disney Dreamers.
