Why did an Alderman in Chicago criticize aggressive squirrels eating through city garbage cans. Why was the alderman on his bicycle when a squirrel jumped in like a Kamikaze and got caught in the spokes of his front wheel causing him to flip over. The alderman says maybe the squirrels want some payback for the criticism
