According to NBC News, Run-DMC has filed a $50 million dollar lawsuit against Amazon, Walmart and other retailers for allegedly profiting on the trademark of the legendary rap/hip-hop group without their consent.

One of the founders of the group and owner of the Run-DMC brand, Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, is listed as the plaintiff in the lawsuit, which was filed Thursday in the Southern District of New York.
