Tropical Storm Harvey Drives Local Gas Prices Up

Atlantans are feeling the effects of Tropical Storm Harvey as gas prices surge. Gas prices in the metro Atlanta area have risen about 15 cent per gallon on average this past week alone. 9 cents of that increase has occurred within the last five days.

Tropical Storm Harvey made a third landfall overnight near the Louisiana/Texas border and northern areas of Georgia will be getting some of it’s rainfall starting later today.
