Political analyst are closely watching the turn out of early voting in the Atlanta Mayoral Race. Democratic strategist Tharon Johnson told public radio that he believes Atlanta has a good chance of electing a white Mayor.

In New York, NFL owners met yesterday to talk about the national anthem controversy. Some players and union reps were also there to talk, after the meeting commissioner Roger Goodell told reporters that the owners would not demand that players stand.
