NEW VIDEO: Toni Braxton – "Hands Tied"

R&B singer Toni Braxton just released a new video for “Hands Tied,” from her forthcoming album Pulse, due out May 4.

Toni described the concept of the video to People as: “A beautiful woman is teasing a bar full of men who are mesmerized by her moves, but of course they are not allowed to touch her.”
